Important notes
- The examination has two tiers of computer-based tests. This guide covers Tier-I; the Tier-II scheme is in the same official document.
- Each question carries 2 marks and a wrong answer costs 0.50, one quarter of a question's marks. Our mock test's "−0.25 per wrong answer" setting gives the same ratio.
- Our free model paper has 100 questions in 60 minutes with 25 questions from each section, as in the official scheme.
- Schemes can change between notices. Always read the notice for your own year on ssc.gov.in.
